Taniai Kozo Seitaka awadachiso zome

{ /paper/kozo/taniai_kozo_seitaka_awadachiso_zome }

Made by a couple that lives in the Taniai mountain region. Paper is all natural, including the dyes that are used. Ripple is because of the paper being dried on boards (picks up the grain of the boards). In some of the Taniai kozos there is a "rattle" sound when the paper is waived. This is because of a clay that is added to make the paper more opaque.

Zome means dyed.

Paper size: 4.5" x 10"
