Sekishu Banshi Tsuru

{ /paper/kozo/sekishu_banshi_tsuru }

An unsized paper from the Sekishu region/province. Banshi refers to the size of the paper. Tsuru translates as "crane" and refers to the cleanliness of the paper. This paper is slightly yellowish-green because the inner bark of the kozo is left in the paper. When only the third layer of bark is used, the resulting paper is much whiter.

Paper size: 21" x 29".
